2005 Reservation Rates
New Hampshire Rooms Tax 8%; Rates subject to change
Summer rates for the Period June 19 to September 7 are as
follows:
DELUXE SUITES
(1 bedroom condo)
Pool Side - starting at $150 daily, $900 weekly
Ocean Side - starting at $155 daily, $930 weekly
EFFICIENCIES
Small - starting at $110 daily, $660 weekly
Large - starting at $125 daily, $750 weekly

- Rates based on double occupancy.
- Deposits of 25% or one-night's room rate (whichever is the
greater). Minimum 3 nights required for week-ends and holidays.
- Rates higher on the week-ends.
- Weekly rentals Saturday p.m. to Saturday a.m.
- Check-in 3:00 p.m., check-out 11:00 a.m.
- Major Credit Cards welcome.
- Sorry - no pets.
- Off-season rates available on request
